Full of taxes

For the past several days, teachers across Punjab have been holding protests and rallies to save their jobs and protect government educational institutions from the process of privatization, for which no progress has been made so far. His teachers and other employees who joined him were locked up in jails, lathi-charged, dragged through the streets in desecration, even on bail under the British black law 16 MPO. It is understood that the teachers are right that they have access to deserving students who are coming to public educational institutions who have wealth and are slightly above the middle class. If they are above, they are teaching their children in the private sector, they never go to government educational institutions. The only thought is that perhaps the literacy rate of the Pakistani nation has increased, they should be stopped, the only solution is that when government educational institutions will demand huge fees, then eight and a half million people who are below the poverty line. They are living their lives, they will be away from education. There was a trend in Pakistan for the last 20 years that they should teach their children in all circumstances. At that time, perhaps the rulers did not understand that after reading They will get and apart from political and social issues, they will not only ask for jobs, but they will also have to give social justice on the basis of equality, which is long overdue, but now if this decision is fully implemented by force. So definitely in the next ten years we will have half of the population of the country in this modern era and they will be full of service in this corrupt capitalist system and they will live like a yoke of slavery in all fields. Some highlight how the entire system of service delivery is being transformed by the privatization of educational institutions, and

Commercialization Policy

Self-Finance Programmes, how the state is taking the burden of affordable education off the people by creating mechanisms so that they either get expensive education or remain uneducated.

Privatization of educational institutions is once again being discussed. Thousands of organizations are seeing this policy. But this is not the first time. For the past several years, the government has been following a policy under which the government is taking the burden off education. Sometimes in the name of NGOs, continuing looting of educational institutions under the guise of a welfare organization. Understand this situation, how to exploit the common man, what is meant by privatization, commercialization. What is happening in educational institutions under self-finance and how education has become far away from the poor and middle class day by day while it has become the most difficult for the middle class. How strong are the private education mafias and what is their role in policy making. are doing First of all, let’s look at the universities. Well-known institutions of Lahore, FC College, Kinnaird College were handed over to welfare institutions from the Department of Education. Today their fees are much higher than any private institution. Along with properties worth billions, these institutions are now a source of income for anyone. HEC funds have been restricted and universities have been asked to increase their income. Panjab University and other government universities which were available to the poor and middle class on Marriott. Now the fees of their morning classes are more than forty thousand per semester. While universities have been ordered to promote self-finance programs. You will be surprised BA. The fifth semester programs starting after B.Sc are not available in the morning and only in the evening have been started as self-financing, the fee of which is more than sixty thousand per semester. The government universities have also collected crores of revenue by increasing the examination fees for the affiliated colleges by two to three thousand per examination. The policy is that the universities take only 30% of the budget from the government and get the rest through fee increases, self-finance programs, commercial activities and other sources. The other part of the government educational institutions are the colleges. In the last seven years, dozens of colleges have been given university status and this sector has been limited. As soon as the university is established, the budget of the colleges is not given by the education department, but it is generated by itself under the self-finance and commercialization policy. Similarly, morning as well as evening programs are being encouraged in colleges. Colleges are still conducting morning programs under low fees, but the next project about them is to give university status to big colleges, while making small colleges subordinate to universities by giving administrative authority to them. In this way, education in colleges will also be completed in low fees. Their fee structure will also be like that of universities. The third sector is for schools. Most experiments are being done on it. Because the compulsion is that under the law it is the duty of the government to provide free education up to matriculation. Many options have been created regarding this sector. Government schools of Punjab are currently teaching one crore two lakh children. The number of teachers is three hundred and thirty eight thousand. The government has not recruited a single teacher for the past seven years. Due to which lakhs of vacancies are vacant. Especially the condition of primary education is very bad due to lack of teachers. By justifying it now, i.e. when the teachers are not available, the number of students will surely decrease. 4000 such schools were handed over to various NGOs seven years ago.was done Now again 4500 schools are being given. The government pays these NGOs per student to run these schools. That is, instead of recruiting permanent teachers, the government is handing over these schools along with their valuable buildings to the people of their choice in the name of welfare institutions, which are earning a lot of profit by hiring teachers on very low salaries. The new policy regarding big schools is that they are being handed over to an authority by declaring them as models. Going forward, heavy fees will be imposed in these schools like division public schools in the name of quality. The tragedy is that 90 percent of the government schools which are being handed over to the private mafia were donated by the local people for the education of their children. Constructed buildings and provided other facilities including classrooms. Now these schools are being privatized and made a source of income for someone. A tragic aspect of this is the elimination of permanent employees in government schools. Now the private mafia will recruit the youth here on a nominal salary. He fired whenever he wanted and in this way millions of youth of the country will be forced to do these temporary jobs. There is no protection. In this way, the government will spend billions of rupees in terms of salaries etc.

Similarly, pension, leave encashment and other benefits for government teachers are being cut and many are being abolished altogether. Salaries of education department employees are already very low compared to other departments. As if the state has decided that the burden of education will be taken off gradually. The education sector will be handed over to the private sector. Those who can afford to study or remain uneducated and become servants of the capitalists. On the other hand, the government educational institutions that remain should be made so expensive under the commercialization and self-finance policy that the government does not spend anything in this regard. Instead of hiring permanent employees, teachers should be available on daily wages, temporary basis. In this way, the government can save the cost of the education sector and spend it on rewarding other subjugated people.

This is not just a problem of government teachers who are beaten on the streets, endure violence and are imprisoned. This is actually the problem of more than 80 percent of the middle, poor and lower middle class people of this country, whose children are being closed to education. Permanent government jobs are being abolished in the education sector. Billions of government properties, buildings and facilities of educational institutions are being handed over to the capitalists in the name of welfare institutions. Those who will benefit from these institutions made of public donations, government funds, public taxes and billions of income. will earn Let’s think about the future of our children. They will have to get expensive education and it will be impossible to get a job. The most important question is that why the government collects taxes. Is it just for the indulgence of a few powerful departments and to reward certain classes? To meet the lavish expenses of the rulers. How long will the nation continue to pay taxes and a handful of bureaucratic politicians will continue to take advantage of it because it has been 75 years, the people are longing for social justice, the political system has been set up like idol carving. He makes an idol that people keep looking at for some time, when they get tired of it, the carver breaks it and makes another one.
