Amnesty International Report and Pakistani Departments

Around the world, Amnesty International continues to conduct surveys based on different priorities, according to which, by giving their data to these countries, they set their development priorities. The report is sent to these countries. They have also given this report to Pakistan in the past few days, according to which, in the ranking of Pakistan’s departments in terms of corruption, the police is on the first place, the construction company is on the third place, the judiciary is on the fourth place, followed by the education department. Departments of Health, Local Government, Revenue, Income Tax and finally Excise and Taxation show that our justice system is at stake and a large section of the population has fallen into it, which calls for social justice. It is not found that because the entire setup of the police has become so weak and corrupt that there is no expectation of justice. It is like the NAB organization is in front of us that they have established cases against big politicians, today those politicians are looking clear and transparent after being acquitted. That they do not have the scales of justice equal, but their priorities are based on the will and will of the government. While these departments are doing their work, they establish such cases that have no head to toe and later the result is zero flour. wants to be accounted for and approaches the same institution, then he gets the answer that he has no expectation from this corrupt department that he will be able to get justice from him. So there is the same situation that due to the weak case, all those accused, criminals, are acquitted and the whole set up of courts and lawyers looks like the accused is benefited under these laws and not punished. It should be given so that a corruption-free society can be established and a crime-free society can be established. When will Pakistan be lucky? In 76 years, today this report is showing that all our institutions are very corrupt society. have reached the level where social justice will be available to the common man, now the question arises as to how these institutions will be fixed, now the hope can be placed that the government coming in the light of this report will set such priorities and laws. Change and make new laws which are completely obsolete and ineffective under the 73 Constitution which do not support us they give cover to the elite they are viable for the elite while the common man is unable to benefit from them. Therefore, by adapting them into strict laws in strict words, while giving justice to the common man, the development of the country can be improved that when we make a corruption free society and when corruption free society is made, then merit in these departments. But there will be recruitments, nowadays these departments have become like a family, there is no mark of merit anywhere, the whole family is in one department. If there is no corruption, then we have to take tough decisions to change this system and if the future governments do not take tough decisions, then there is a serious risk of sinking the whole new system and our system is corruption. Standing on the wall which can collapse anytime like a wall of sand, we have to take tough decisions to save it from collapsing and improve the society. New laws will have to be framed which are based on easy and cheap justice, justice which is visible and available at the doorstep of the common man, when someone complains, he can get redressal of his complaint immediately, report of Amnesty International. Then it will be better for us and our name will be high in the ranks of the world and nations that Pakistan is also a nation of responsible people who has a corruption free society.
